Our wine list is the result of a personal selection, crafted with passion and meticulous attention to detail. Each bottle is chosen because we drink it and love it too. We want to offer our guests wines that complement and enhance every dish, from the simplest glass to the most sophisticated.
We highlight Alto Adige wines, which occupy a special place in our selection. Alongside them, you'll find fine labels from Tuscany, Piedmont, and other Italian regions, with a focus on authentic producers rooted in tradition. Champagne, Franciacorta, and local sparkling wines are also available, as well as a curated selection of French, German, and Austrian wines.
We're drawn to authentic, elegant, and territorial wines, with a balance of acidity, minerality, and structure. We seek bottles that tell stories—shaped by knowledge, terroir, and passion. We'll be happy to help you choose the right wine for your Anton1929 experience.

Our story
With the success of our cuisine at the Hotel Touring, we have decided to open the doors of the new Anton Comploj 1929 restaurant to external customers as well.
Our goal is to offer everyone the opportunity to enjoy an authentic gastronomic experience, accompanied by a carefully selected wine list, in an environment that combines tradition and hospitality.
